Spring | Summer | Fall Services:

• Weekly Mowing – Regular lawn mowing for maintained turf areas.

• Bi-Weekly Edging – Keeps lawn edges clean along hardscapes.

• Weekly Raking & Blowing – 90%+ debris removal from lawns and hardscapes.

• Weekly Weed Control – Weeds over 4” pulled, smaller weeds sprayed or trimmed.

• Monthly Pruning of Ornamentals – Trimmed as needed (about 1x/month), up to 12 ft tall.

• Monthly Tree Trimming* – Includes small trees up to 12 ft tall.

• Fertilizer Applications – 3 seasonal treatments: Spring, Mid-Season, and Fall.

• Spring & Fall Cleanups* – Included with service when both March/April (spring) and Oct/Nov (fall) are paid.

• Dethatch & Aeration* – Included after 2 seasons, completed in early spring (April).

• Additional sessions available for the cost of one month’s payment.

• Irrigation Start-Up & Blow-Out* – Included when both March/April (start-up) or Oct/Nov (blow-out) are paid.

Winter Services:

• Raking & Blowing – 90%+ debris removal as needed.

• Mowing/Edging/Pruning* – Done only if needed (dormant plants may reduce to 0-1x/month).

• Weed Control* – Weeds over 4” pulled, smaller weeds sprayed or trimmed.

• Snow Removal* – Included when Nov-Feb services are paid.

• Cleared after 2”+ snowfall (events over 6” = $200 extra/visit).

• Includes driveways, sidewalks, patios (does NOT include decks, back patios, gravel, wood, or uneven paver areas).

• Extra areas can be added for $100/visit.

Bonus Services (Discounted for Recurring Clients)

Payment & Billing:

• A valid credit or debit card is required on file for all customers.

• Upon sign-up confirmation, the first month’s payment is charged immediately, and service will begin within one week of sign-up.

• Monthly payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month, covering services for that month (e.g., a June 1st charge pays for June services).

Late Payment Policy:

A late payment fee of $100 or 20% of the service bill (whichever is greater) will be applied if a payment fails or is not received by the due date. Service may be paused until the balance is resolved.

Irrigation Management & Repairs:

• If accessible, Edge Landscaping will adjust the irrigation clock during scheduled visits.

• We recommend setting irrigation schedules to seasonally adjust for spring, summer, and fall.

• If the system is inaccessible or the client chooses to manage their own irrigation, Edge Landscaping is not responsible for improper watering or related lawn/landscape issues.

• Irrigation repairs are available at a rate of $100 per man-hour + parts.

• Any damage caused by Edge Landscaping due to improper tool use will be repaired at no charge to the client.

Discounts & Price Adjustments:

• Veterans, first responders, and active military receive a 10% discount on all services.

• Clients who maintain 12 consecutive months of on-time payments may request a 3-year price lock, set at the projected rate for the following year.

• Price increases are capped at 5% annually and are based on inflation data.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• No cancellation fees—clients may cancel services at any time with 30 days’ notice.

• Services already paid for are non-refundable but will continue until the end of the current billing period.

• Refunds are only provided in cases of service errors or billing mistakes.

Damage & Liability Policy:

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for protecting personal property left in the work area. Edge Landscaping is not liable for damage to items such as outdoor furniture, decorations, toys, hoses, or personal property left in the lawn or landscaping areas.

• Edge Landscaping Responsibility: Any damage caused by improper tool use (e.g., broken irrigation heads due to mower impact, damage from improper trimming techniques) will be repaired at no cost to the client.

• Edge Landscaping is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, underground utilities, improper irrigation management (if not controlled by Edge Landscaping), or severe weather conditions.

Privacy Policy:

Edge Landscaping values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

• Information We Collect: We collect basic contact details, payment information, and service history to provide and improve our services.

• How We Use Your Information: Your information is used solely for billing, service scheduling, and internal business operations.

• Data Security: We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal requirements.

• Opt-Out & Data Requests: Clients may request to update or remove their information by contacting us.

Service Expectations & Limitations:

• We strive to provide consistent, high-quality service, but clients should understand that weather, seasonal changes, and external factors can impact landscaping results.

• Services such as mowing, pruning, and weeding may be adjusted or skipped based on plant dormancy and seasonal needs.

• Snow removal includes driveways, sidewalks, and patios but does not include decks, gravel paths, or wooden surfaces unless otherwise arranged.
