Yes! We value long-term clients and offer exclusive discounts to our recurring customers. If you maintain at least two consecutive months of recurring service, you qualify for discounted pricing on the following services:

• Mulch installation – Lower material and labor rates.

• Overseeding – Reduced costs on labor and seed application.

• Pre-emergent applications – Discounted herbicide treatments for lawns and landscape beds.

• Irrigation repairs – Lower hourly labor rates and priority scheduling.

These discounts apply only to active recurring customers and cannot be combined with other promotions.

To ensure uninterrupted service and avoid late fees, Edge Landscaping requires a valid credit or debit card on file.

• Your first month’s payment is charged upon sign-up confirmation.

• Subsequent payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month for that month’s services.

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments for convenient, hassle-free billing.

This policy allows us to schedule services efficiently and ensures that your lawn and landscape maintenance continue without disruption.

To be eligible for discounted rates on additional services, you must:

1. Maintain at least two consecutive months of recurring maintenance.

2. Be an active customer at the time of scheduling the additional service.

This ensures that our loyal customers receive the best pricing while maintaining consistent care for their landscapes.

Yes! Snow removal is available during winter months (November through February) for clients with active recurring maintenance services.

This is included free of charge for current recurring maintenance clients. Snow removal to happen within 24 hours of the end of the snow event and happens on all events 2”+. Snow events over 6” have an additional fee to compensate for the increased difficulty of servicing those abnormal events.

We understand that needs may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Clients may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

• We will continue services for all months paid and end services on the last day of the month when notified of cancellation.

• If canceling due to quality concerns, we ask that you allow one week for corrections before canceling. If we cannot resolve the issue, no cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellations due to price increases will be subject to the standard 30-day notice.

We strive to provide excellent service, and if you have concerns, please let us know so we can address them before canceling!

• Recurring maintenance customers must agree to a service contract outlining the scope, pricing, and payment terms. However, there is no long-term commitment, and customers may cancel with 30 days’ notice per our cancellation policy.

• If service is delayed due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or scheduling conflicts, we will notify you and reschedule at the next available slot.

• While we do our best to accommodate requests, scheduling is based on optimized route efficiency to serve all clients in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee a specific time but will provide a service window when possible.

• No, as long as we have access to the property and any necessary gates are unlocked, service can be performed without you being home.

A. Service Refunds

• Recurring Maintenance Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

• One-Time Services (e.g., Overseeding, Mulch Installation, Pre-Emergent, Irrigation Repair): Once the service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. If an issue arises, we will assess the concern and may offer a resolution at our discretion.

• Missed or Skipped Services: If we are unable to complete a scheduled service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., locked gates, pets in the yard, or debris obstructing the area), the full service fee will still apply unless proper notice was given in advance.

B. Weather-Related Delays or Cancellations

• If a scheduled service is delayed or canceled due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled at the next available opportunity. Refunds are not issued for weather-related delays.

C. Prepaid Services

• If you have prepaid for a service package and wish to cancel, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any unused services, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

D. Billing Disputes

• If you believe you were incorrectly charged for a service, please contact us within 7 days of the charge appearing on your statement. We will review the issue and, if an error is found, issue an appropriate refund or credit.
