Some properties need attention in every corner - front beds, side yards, back lawn, all of it. That's exactly what we tackled here. Every area of this property got the same level of care, and the results speak for themselves.

We started with the lawn itself. Clean cuts, consistent lines, and a tight edge where the grass meets the mulch beds. It sounds simple, but getting that crisp separation between turf and bed material is what gives a yard that polished, put-together look. No ragged borders, no overgrowth creeping into the beds.

The mulch beds were refreshed throughout the entire property - front, side, and back. Fresh dark mulch does a few things at once: it holds moisture in the soil, keeps weeds down, and gives every plant bed a clean, finished appearance. The shrubs and ornamental grasses got trimmed back as well, keeping growth tidy and proportional to the space around them.

The side yard is one of those areas that gets neglected more often than not. Tight spaces between the house and fence can turn into a mess fast. We made sure the mulch was laid evenly from the house wall to the fence line - no bare spots, no uneven coverage.

When every area of a property gets consistent attention, the whole thing looks intentional. That's what good property maintenance actually means - nothing overlooked, nothing halfway done.
