This River West property got the full treatment - front to back, curb to fence line. That means fresh-cut lawn, trimmed shrubs, clean garden beds, and a backyard that actually looks like someone cares about it. Which we do.

The front of this property has a lot going on. Raised garden beds with retaining walls, a terraced planting area full of color, ornamental shrubs that need to stay tight and shaped - it takes attention to pull all of that together cleanly. Sloppy edging or an uneven mow would undercut the whole look. We kept everything crisp, including the curb line where the grass meets the street.

The backyard is where a lot of properties fall short. It's easy to skip the back when no one from the street can see it. We don't work that way. The grass back here got mowed and detailed just like the front - clean cuts right up to the garden bed edges and the patio border. The crew finished off the edges around the stamped concrete patio so there was a hard, clean line between turf and hardscape.

Full-service maintenance means we're not just running a mower through and calling it done. It means every zone of the property gets the same level of care. Shrubs shaped, beds tidy, lawn uniform. When we leave, the whole property should look like it belongs in the neighborhood - not just the parts facing the street.

Properties like this one, with layered landscaping and multiple zones to maintain, are exactly what we do best. The more detail there is to manage, the more it shows when someone actually pays attention to it.
